Mahmoud al-Zawbaie worked as a driver for Mahir Yassin. He was kidnapped from the Mansour district along with Mr. Yassin and his colleague Mahmoud Hamoud al-Zawbaie while driving his charges to their workplace.

The bodies of all three men were discovered in a field, their hands tied.
