Ahmed Isa Fathil

Ahmed Isa Fathil is a 19-year-old man who briefly served in the Iraqi Army. He was seized from his home and held for 22 days, during which he endured severe beatings and electrocution. He was rescued along with 3 unidentified Iraqi hostages, the details of whose abductions are unknown.

Mr. Fathil states that his captors never questioned him and never provided an explanation for his kidnapping or torture.
