Integral to Core's "zero defects" commitment is its new enterprise foundry software system called eFab. At the outset, it was clear that it is necessary to eliminate virtually all manual transactions in execution of a customer implant order. Customer recipes are entered through engineering change control and interlocked to each implanter system and lot number order to ensure error free processing. This WEB enabled system will provide real time customer access and tracking of every wafer movement from order to return shipment and billing. Process run data can be retrieved for later analysis.
